Big Shoes.gr serves customers from all over Greece as well as internationally. Shipments of orders are made exclusively via courier "ACS courier". Orders are sent depending on product availability, ( usually within 24 hours.)If we can not execute the order for reasons of force (bad weather, strikes, etc.), We are obliged to contact you and inform you so as you can decide  if you wish to continue and complete this order.  The charge for shipments on delivery is 7 € for orders below € 100, excluding remote and inaccessible areas where costs are a little higher , depending on the volume of each parcel. In these cases,  there is possibility to collect your parcel from  the nearest ACS store with  no extra charge. For all  purchases with a total cost of more than € 100, the shipping is free.

You have the right to return products purchased, within fourteen days from the date of arrival at your local shop or local courier. In this case you are charged for the direct cost of returning goods. Returns are accepted only if the products you wish to return is in the same condition as received. In case of refund, you are credited  with the amount of the price of the product you had purchased  and you may use it in your next purchase. If however you wish for us to return your money, this procedure will thirty days of completion from the date we receive the products. The products in our Offers can be changed, but only with  products that are on offers and have discounts. During  the sales period , changes are acceptable only for change of shoe size.  The shoes which are on offer LAST PAIR can not be exchanged.
